App Mantras Software Private Limited (the "App Mantras") and/or any of its affiliates operate mobile applications in professional environments via internet, cellular networks or other electronically means of communications (the "Application"). App Mantras cares and respects the privacy rights of its users and is therefore dedicated to protect all personal information collected through its Application. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") was adopted in order to disclose what information that our applications collect and the means in which this information is being collected, used and shared. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information submitted and collected by App Mantras through use of the Application and does not apply to information that may be collected by any websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we may provide links. When you link to these websites, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We are therefore not responsible for the content or activities provided or created on such sites. Please be advised that all the information contained within the Application is governed by our User Agreement/Terms of use.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. In order for us to provide our users with the best personalized Application experience we may collect and store any information entered or received onto our Application. App Mantras may also collect personal information from its user's accounts on several social networking sites, but only if this information is voluntarily provided to us by our users, in accordance with the policies and terms of the social networking sites

2.2.1. Cookies: We may use cookies in the operation of the Application. A "cookie" is a small bit of record-keeping information that sites often store on a user's computer/ mobile device. Log Files: Other information that may be passively collected by us is in the form of logs - files that record service activity, including how many "hits" a particular web page is getting (a.k.a. "navigational data"). These entries are generated anonymously, and enable us to gather statistics about users' browsing habits, assess overall service activity, track interest in advertised sales, and maintain services' security. App Mantras may use its users email addresses or other personal information for the purpose of providing them with newsletter, marketing or advertising materials, or Application announcements regarding, among other things,: updates to its Privacy Policy, changes in pricing, changes to its online Application or customer Application policies, and other related Application changes. App Mantras will not voluntarily disclose this personal information to unaffiliated third parties for any other purpose.

No matter what method we use to collect information and no matter how we use that information, we will only collect the information deemed reasonably necessary to fulfill your online requests and our legitimate business objectives, and such information will not be provided to any third parties.

3.4.1. Notwithstanding any other terms of this Privacy Policy, we may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, including but not limited to disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability.

3.4.2. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, customer information may be transferred to App Mantras’ successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.

3.4.3. We may share aggregate information about our visitors to our Application. It can help us tailor our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.

3.5. Not Providing Information: You are under no obligation to provide any information. However, if you should choose not to submit personal information when requested, you may not be able to use certain features offered by the Application.

4. Privacy Policy and Third Party Web Sites, Links, Advertisements and Services

It is hereby clarified that while using our Application, you may be directed to or approached by other sites that are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible. Additionally, third parties provide advertisements and offer other products and services to you when you are using our Application, which may receive your IP address or other technology such as cookies, web beacons and the like. By using the Application, you consent to such use by third parties of your personal information, which is subject to the privacy policies of these third parties. 5. How we secure the Information

App Mantras is doing whatever it can in order to protect and secure all information it receives through its Application in accordance with industry standards and technologies. Having said that, providing full protection in a dynamic environment as the internet is out of anyone's reach and therefore App Mantras cannot ensure or warrant the full security of the information received. All users are to maintain the secrecy of their passwords and account information and to responsibly monitor and control all access to their e-mail accounts.

6. Reviewing, Updating, Deleting and Deactivating Personal Information

If you wish to deactivate your account or to change, review or delete your Personally Identifiable Information from our active database, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our very best to comply your request as soon and with the extant as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Please be advised that parts of the information you might request to delete may still be retained in our database due to technical and legal constrains.
